We carry Scheppach and Woodstar electric log splitters at our show room in Boston Lincolnshire. Due to increased popularity of wood burners and the need to reduce fuel bills there has been a real demand for tools to reduce ‘tree wood' in to manageable sizes. Once a tree has been felled and cut up it has to be split to dry and get it in the wood burner. The option is a splitting maul/ axe or a log slitter to do this job. Log splitters come in different sizes and we stock from a small 4 ton machine up to a 6 ton vertical electrical machines.
