Jigsaws can be used for many different cutting purposes, there are endless amounts of different blades you can buy which will help to give the perfect result every time. If the right blade is chosen and with a little time it is difficult to go wrong when cutting the materials. Some of the materials that can be cut using a jig saw are: hard wood, soft wood, pine, perspex, plastics, mild steel, stainless steel, sheet metal, pipe, fibre glass and polystyrene.
